Our programs serve managers at every career stage. The emerging leaders program is ideal for newly appointed supervisors and team leads who are transitioning from individual contributor roles. Our mid-level management intensives cater to department heads and project managers with two to seven years of leadership experience. Executive coaching is tailored for senior directors, general managers and C-suite leaders. We work across all industries including healthcare, education, mining, financial services, technology, government and not-for-profit organisations throughout Australia.
Yes. We deliver programs in three formats: fully on-site at your workplace, live virtual classrooms via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and a blended model that combines online modules with in-person facilitation days. The virtual format uses breakout rooms, interactive polls, real-time case studies and digital whiteboards to ensure engagement is just as high as face-to-face delivery. Many clients choose the blended model because it reduces travel costs while still providing the interpersonal connection that deeper leadership development requires.
Program duration varies by format. Our workshop intensives run for a half day (four hours) or a full day (eight hours). The emerging leaders program spans six weeks with one facilitated session per week plus self-paced learning between sessions. Executive coaching engagements are typically structured as six to twelve monthly sessions of 60 to 90 minutes each. Custom programs can be designed to fit your preferred timeline, whether that is a concentrated week-long bootcamp or a twelve-month leadership development journey.
All of our facilitators hold relevant postgraduate qualifications in fields such as organisational psychology, business administration or adult education. Many also hold professional coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the PCC or MCC level. Beyond credentials, every facilitator brings a minimum of fifteen years of hands-on management experience in their specialist industry, ensuring that the advice they share is grounded in real-world practice rather than purely academic theory.
Absolutely. Customisation is one of our core strengths. Every engagement begins with a discovery phase where we interview key stakeholders, review existing leadership competency frameworks and analyse relevant performance data. We then design a curriculum that directly addresses your organisation's strategic priorities, cultural nuances and specific skill gaps. Case studies, role-play scenarios and action-learning projects are all built around your real business challenges so that participants can apply what they learn immediately.
Yes. Upon successful completion of any multi-session program, participants receive a digital certificate of completion from Trustworthy Management Training. For our emerging leaders and mid-level programs, we also provide a detailed competency report that outlines each participant's strengths, development areas and recommended next steps. This report is valuable for both the individual and their manager when building ongoing development plans.
We understand that plans change. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 13 days prior receive a 50 per cent refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort at no extra cost. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, although we do allow participant substitutions at no charge. For executive coaching, individual sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
We use a multi-level evaluation framework inspired by the Kirkpatrick model. Level one captures participant satisfaction immediately after each session. Level two assesses knowledge and skill acquisition through pre- and post-assessments. Level three measures behavioural change on the job through 360-degree feedback surveys conducted 60 to 90 days post-program. Level four examines business impact by tracking agreed key performance indicators such as employee engagement scores, turnover rates and productivity metrics. We provide a comprehensive evaluation report to our clients at the conclusion of each engagement.

Logistics and enrolment

Planning the practical details of a management training initiative can feel daunting. Here we address the logistics questions that HR teams and learning-and-development professionals ask most frequently.

For maximum engagement and personalised attention, we recommend groups of 8 to 16 participants for workshop intensives and multi-session programs. Smaller groups allow for richer discussion, more practice time in role-play exercises and deeper facilitator feedback. For larger cohorts, we can run multiple parallel streams or stagger sessions across several weeks to maintain quality.
Yes. We regularly deliver programs in regional Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Travel and accommodation costs for our facilitators are quoted transparently as part of the proposal. For very remote sites, we can also offer a hybrid approach where the initial and final sessions are delivered face-to-face and intermediate sessions are conducted virtually.
We recommend booking at least four to six weeks in advance for standard programs to allow time for the discovery phase, curriculum customisation and logistics planning. For large-scale rollouts involving multiple cohorts or interstate delivery, eight to twelve weeks lead time is ideal. That said, we do maintain a roster of facilitators who can accommodate shorter timelines when urgent needs arise — just reach out and we will do our best to help.
