Custom organisational programs
For large-scale or multi-cohort engagements, we provide fully customised proposals. Pricing for custom programs depends on scope, duration, number of participants and delivery locations. As a guide, most custom engagements range from $15,000 to $65,000 depending on complexity. We believe in complete transparency when it comes to investment. Here are some additional details to help you plan your training budget effectively.
Full-day workshop pricing
Full-day workshops (eight hours) are priced at $4,200 per session for up to 16 participants. This includes all materials, facilitator preparation time and post-session resources. If you require a second facilitator for larger groups or more intensive breakout activities, the additional facilitator fee is $1,800 per day.
Travel and accommodation
For on-site delivery within South East Queensland, travel costs are included in the standard pricing. For regional Queensland, interstate or remote locations, we quote travel and accommodation costs transparently as a separate line item in your proposal. We always seek the most cost-effective travel arrangements and pass costs through at actual expense with no markup.
Volume and multi-program discounts
Organisations booking three or more workshops within a 12-month period receive a 10 per cent discount on workshop fees. Clients combining the emerging leaders program with executive coaching for their senior team receive a 15 per cent discount on the combined package. We also offer annual retainer arrangements for organisations that want ongoing access to our facilitators and coaches throughout the year — contact us for details.
Payment terms
We invoice 50 per cent upon booking confirmation and the remaining 50 per cent upon program completion. For engagements exceeding $20,000, we can arrange a three-instalment payment schedule at no additional cost. We accept bank transfer, credit card and purchase orders from government and corporate clients.
